MFB advises on all aspects of multimodal carriage, whether international or domestic. We have acted in domestic carriage disputes under BIFA or RHA terms, and on matters involving haulage, warehousing, forwarding, the CMR Convention and the interaction with standard Bill of Lading or Seaway Bill terms.

We can assist with the creation of new agencies and have wide experience in sale and purchase and joint ventures throughout the supply chain, from haulage, forwarders and shipping agencies through to whole fleet acquisition.

Our team advises on ancillary contracts in relation to the operation of companies and vessels, such as ship management agreements (SHIPMAN 98 and SHIPMAN 2009) and crewing contracts.
