Amanda de Vaux joins MFB

MFB is pleased to announce the arrival of Amanda de Vaux.
Amanda read English and postgraduate Law at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and qualified as a South African lawyer in 2011. She then completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme Examinations and re-qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2013.
Amanda has experience in all aspects of dry shipping litigation including LMAA Arbitration and the Commercial Court Proceedings. She represents both owners and charterers and their respective P&I Clubs and has gained experience in disputes arising from voyage and time charters and bill of ladings claims.
