Vaughan Wise-Dolpire joins MFB

MFB is pleased to announce the arrival of Vaughan Wise-Dolpire.
Vaughan read law at the University of South Africa (UNISA) and went on to complete his training contract with the South African based law firm Bowmans. On completion of his training contract Vaughan was retained as an associate lawyer within Bowmans’ specialist maritime department gaining experience in various maritime litigation matters, including security arrests, judicial sales and high court proceedings.
Vaughan then joined a specialist shipping law firm in the City of London while undertaking the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme and re-qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2017.
Vaughan has experience in all areas of dry shipping litigation including LMAA arbitration and the Commercial Court proceedings, specialising in particular in charterparty disputes, cargo shortage/contamination claims, bill of lading disputes and ship sale and purchase disputes.
