Master Mariner Jaikar Sohal joins MFB
MFB is very pleased to announce that our team is once again expanding with the joining of a new master mariner.
Capt. Jaikar Sohal is a seasoned master mariner with over 25 years of maritime industry experience. He has more than 19 years of seagoing experience onboard various types of merchant ships primarily crude oil tankers including VLCCs. Prior to joining MFB, Jaikar has worked with Warsash Maritime School as a lecturer, strategic lead for research & knowledge exchange and in-charge of commercial simulation projects.
Jaikar holds a LLM from Solent University and Diploma in marine surveying from Lloyds Maritime Academy.
Jaikar commented “I am excited to join the team at MFB, as this will provide me with the opportunity to transfer my maritime competency to help the team. In return, I would be learning from the best of the experts in the field of maritime law”.
