Asad acts for a wide range of owners, time charterer operators and trading houses on all types of marine and commercial litigation disputes. Asad has a broad practice encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Although Asad specialises in charterparty defence and trading disputes, he also has extensive experience in ship sale and purchase, bareboat finance leases and MOA disputes. Over fifteen years at MFB, he has applied his skills to find commercial solutions for clients.

Whilst his practice is primarily arbitration based, he has been involved in the following reported cases:-
