Balvinder Ahluwalia

Balvinder qualified as a solicitor in 1996 with a leading Shipping Law firm. After a number of years in private practice in 2007 Balvinder joined the Defence department of a leading IG Club, where she primarily dealt with the Greek market but more recently she worked for the Club’s Charterer Trader members. Balvinder has extensive experience of contentious shipping disputes including shipbuilding disputes.

Balvinder joined MFB in March 2022. Her external interests mean that Balvinder is committed to Equity Diversity and Inclusion and in particular the promotion of these values through action.
