Maksym has acquired extensive practical experience in international commercial transportation, having been broadly involved in vessel and cargo operations for more than 10 years and serving as an in-house Claims and Insurance Manager at a private dry-bulk shipping company.

He holds an LLM in International Shipping Law (Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London.

Maksym joined MFB as a paralegal in October 2024 and commenced his training contract in 2025. He specialises in dry shipping disputes, particularly focusing on charterparties and bills of lading.

Maksym is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
