Martin Dalby

Martin is a Master Mariner with 10 years’ seagoing experience on tankers, bulkers and Ro-Ros.

On coming ashore he worked in Operations at a bulk liquids terminal and as a P&I Claims Executive before entering the law in 1999. Since then he has dealt exclusively with shipping disputes of all types, for Owners and Charterers and their insurers, since 2008 as Partner.

Martin has attended over 100 ship casualties worldwide to deal with the evidence, as well as handling the related disputes to resolution.
