Rishiraj Dogra

Capt. Rishiraj Dogra is a Master Mariner and Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute with 18 years seafaring experience with SCI and Shell on tankers (oil and chemical) and bulkers, culminating in command of LNG carriers with Nakilat. More recently he has worked in consultancy including ship inspections and marine incident investigation. He holds an LLM in Maritime Law (Southampton), achieving Distinction and the Dean’s List Award for Outstanding Achievement, with a dissertation on “The Impact of IMO 2020 Regulations under MARPOL Annex VI on Risk Allocation and Liability in Charterparty and Bunker Supply Contracts”.
