Sam Kelly

Prior to joining MFB in 2024, Sam spent 4 years at a specialist shipping law firm in the City of London, where he qualified in 2023. 

With over 4 years’ experience handling shipping claims, Sam has worked on a variety of claims from bill of lading and charterparty disputes, to more complex General Average and Salvage claims.  Sam has predominantly handled claims in London Arbitration and English High Court, although he has also assisted in successfully defending appeals to both the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
